Ambassador Agreement
I agree to represent HomeCooked Eatery and BuildCupcakes professionally, honestly, and respectfully. I understand that I am an independent ambassador and not an employee. I may not promise discounts, pricing, refunds, services, or guarantees that have not been approved by the company.
I understand that commission is earned only on eligible, completed, and paid orders that are properly connected to my ambassador code or approved by the company. Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, cancelled, or unpaid orders do not earn commission. Commission percentages and bonuses may be updated with written notice.
I agree to protect confidential customer information, pricing, recipes, training materials, and company information. I may not claim ownership of HomeCooked Eatery, BuildCupcakes, their trademarks, marketing materials, customer lists, or intellectual property.
Either party may end participation in the program. Upon termination, I will stop representing myself as an ambassador and return or delete company materials as requested.
